Plan and implement programs that promote and foster high ethical standards in the workplace and that nurture the youth of our community to become successful members of their local and international communities. Promote and model the 4-Way Test of Rotary within our community, particularly to young school children. Promote the importance of education and literacy in our community. The Vocational/Youth Planing and Development committee is responsible for coordinating the work of its sub-committees.

Scholarships: Review/refine criteria for selection committee
Youth Mentoring: Appoint Club representatives for each high school to coordinate programs
4-Way Test: Consider bringing back program for 2nd graders or middle school students
